By creating an account, publishing or sharing a party page, submitting an RSVP, marking a gift as purchased, making a contribution or otherwise using hip hip, you agree to the parts of these terms relevant to that activity. If you do not agree, do not use that feature.

Our Privacy policy explains how we use personal information. It forms part of the information provided to you but is not a contract term that limits your legal rights.

Account, host and payment features are for people aged 18 or over. If you organise a celebration for a child, you confirm that you are their parent or guardian or otherwise have appropriate authority to use the information and content you provide.

Guests may use an invitation or wishlist link supplied by a host. A child should not submit an RSVP, make a payment or create an account without an appropriate adult.

hip hip provides tools for creating and sharing party invitations and wishlists, collecting RSVPs, sending service emails and, where available, supporting gift purchases or group contributions. Features may change as the service develops.

We aim to keep hip hip available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every external product, venue, email delivery or third-party service will remain available. We may suspend a feature for security, maintenance, legal or operational reasons.

• Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
• Keep passwords, sign-in links, party passwords and editing links confidential.
• Tell us promptly if you think an account or party link has been misused.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to take reasonable care.

We may refuse, suspend or close accounts used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively or in a way that risks harm to children, guests, other users or the service.

A published invitation or wishlist is accessible to anyone who has its link, subject to any password a host enables. It is not a private communications channel or secure vault. Search engines are instructed not to index party pages, but no technical measure can control every third party that receives or copies a link.

Hosts are responsible for deciding who receives a link, checking party details before sharing and avoiding unnecessary sensitive information. Guests must not forward, scrape or misuse a party link or another person's information.

You retain ownership of invitation text, photos, designs, messages and other content you provide. You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the requested hip hip features.

You must not upload or share content that:

• you do not have permission to use;
• is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit or exploitative;
• infringes privacy, intellectual-property or other rights;
• contains malware, hidden tracking or attempts to interfere with the service; or
• reveals more personal information about a child or guest than is reasonably needed.

We may remove or restrict content where reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law or enforce these terms.

Wishlist items and gift guides may link to independent retailers. Unless we expressly say otherwise, hip hip is not the seller of those goods and is not responsible for their price, stock, safety, delivery, returns or retailer descriptions. A purchase contract is between the buyer and retailer, under the retailer's terms.

Some outbound links are affiliate links. If a purchase follows one, 21 Holdings Limited may receive a commission without increasing the buyer's price. Affiliate availability does not guarantee that a product will be included or recommended.

Gift purchasers should check suitability, manufacturer age guidance, allergens and safety information themselves.

Where a group-gift feature is available, the amount, any platform fee, currency and recipient item are shown before payment. Card information is collected and processed by Stripe. hip hip receives transaction status and identifiers rather than full card details.

• A contribution is for the gift or purpose shown at checkout and is not a deposit account, savings product or investment.
• Hosts must provide accurate payout details and use received money for the stated gift or handle a change fairly with contributors.
• Timing may depend on payment clearance, security checks, correct payout information and third-party providers.
• Refunds are not automatic after funds have been paid out or committed, but statutory rights and any specific refund information shown at checkout continue to apply.
• We may pause, reject or refund a transaction where required for fraud prevention, sanctions, payment-provider rules, legal compliance or user protection.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please contact us promptly if a payment has been made in error or a stated gift is no longer available.

If you use image generation, you are responsible for the prompt and any reference image you submit. Generated output may contain unexpected similarities or errors and should be reviewed before publication. Do not upload confidential material, unlawful content or an image you do not have permission to use.

We do not promise that generated output is unique or suitable for trade-mark, merchandising or other commercial use.

The hip hip name, software, interface, original artwork and service content belong to 21 Holdings Limited or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal celebration planning in accordance with these terms.

You must not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape or commercially exploit the service except where law expressly permits it.

You may stop using hip hip at any time and can ask us to close an account by emailing hello@hiphip.co. Some transaction, dispute, security and legal records may need to be retained as described in the Privacy policy.

We may suspend or end access if these terms are materially breached, if continued operation creates a security or legal risk, or if the service is discontinued. Where reasonably possible, we will give appropriate notice.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.

If you use hip hip as a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses arising from personal use, or for a failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Independent hosts, guests, retailers, venues and external providers remain responsible for their own acts, content, goods and services. Nothing here reduces any rights you have directly against them.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to hip hip, law, security or providers. The current version and date will remain available here. If a change materially affects an existing paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

These terms are governed by English law. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts of the UK nation where you live. Otherwise, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
